menu items served at the Maison & Jardin are of Classical European
style, but with a distinct American touch and adapted to local ingredients
and produce. Our event menus change with the seasons utilizing
ingredients at the peak of their seasonal quality, again relying on
the best and freshest specially selected ingredients. Chef Hans Spirig
and his staff pride themselves on serving the finest quality and freshest
ingredients available in central Florida .

fruits, vegetables and herbs are only of the highest grade available.
